Ghillie Mod Redux - Fallout 4 Mod

A Custom made highly customizable and modular Ghillie Suit with 12 texture variations for all 14 pieces of content. (Fatigues, Headgear, Stealth Hood/Suit and Truck meshes were all originally created and owned by Bethesda Softworks)

The Ghillie Suit was a challenge for me, I spent countless hours fine tuning and tweaking every aspect of the leaf planes to find the right balance of realism and optimization. I researched a lot into recon tactics and sniper documentaries to try and recreate the famous Ghillie Suit for use within Fallout 4's drab wasteland. I wanted the player to feel immersed while using the suit and what better way than to add cloth physics to apply motion to the suit, however I was constrained while doing this because the support of custom cloth physics was impossible. I had to improvise by using in-game cloth physics from other outfits by copying the skin weights over, this turned out to work in my favor.
